The snapshot is Tue Oct 20, 00:00 UTC. Trades after that don't count. If you buy a bear after the snapshot, it won't move to Ethereum.
Using a regular wallet? You can also connect it on Ethereum and claim in one step. An Abstract Global Wallet can't receive anything on Ethereum, so AGW holders pick a regular Ethereum wallet, like MetaMask, Rabby, Coinbase Wallet or a Ledger.
Signing is always free, and nobody spends anything on Abstract. BEARISH covers the Ethereum gas for claims while the daily sponsorship budget lasts. If it's used up, you can wait for more or claim yourself for a small network fee in ETH.
Anything not claimed by the deadline (Tue Dec 15) goes to the BEARISH treasury. That covers BURR, bears, Customs and rewards. BURR held inside contracts at the snapshot (like pools and rewards contracts) also goes to the BEARISH treasury.
