By accessing or using bearish.af (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.

Bearish provides:

• An NFT collection on Abstract blockchain
• The BURR utility token
• A store for digital and physical goods
• Raffles and community events
• Hibernation staking mechanism

You are responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• All gas fees and transaction costs
• Understanding blockchain risks (irreversible transactions, network congestion, smart contract bugs)

We cannot recover lost keys or reverse blockchain transactions.

When you own a Bearish NFT, you own the token itself. However, the underlying artwork and intellectual property remain with Bearish. You may use your NFT for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use requires separate licensing.

• All digital purchases are final—no refunds
• Physical items may be subject to shipping fees and delivery times
• Raffle entries are non-refundable
• Winners are selected randomly and verifiably on-chain when applicable

Don't:

• Engage in fraud, manipulation, or wash trading
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities (report them instead)
• Use bots to gain unfair advantages
• Harass other community members
• Violate any applicable laws

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. We don't guarantee:

• Uninterrupted access or uptime
• NFT or token value (crypto is volatile)
• Third-party service availability
• Future features or roadmap items

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bearish and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, NFT value, or data.

We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our Discord or website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
